After 30 days, Nancy Koltes at Home will replace or refund your merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to one year.
How do I return merchandise?
Returns are easy, even if you have misplaced your return instructions. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to cut the top portion of the form and keep it for your records. All items can be returned at any of our Nancy Koltes at Home stores. If you return your items to a Nancy Koltes at Home store, please provide the original invoice for merchandise credit or refund.

We ship using UPS. The options are: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. We cannot send to a PO Box or APO.
